Ranking criteria

Listings are ranked by a blend of customer rating, review volume, verified credentials (license, insurance, 24/7 availability), and completeness of the profile. Featured placements are paid and are always visibly labelled.

Review moderation

• Reviews are hand-moderated before publication.
• We remove reviews that contain personal attacks, profanity, or are posted by the business or its competitors.
• Businesses may respond to reviews but cannot delete them.

Conflicts of interest

We disclose any commercial relationship with a listed business. Paid placements never influence organic rankings or how reviews are moderated.
